Abstract

The school administration is considered to be the important thing in Thai youth development. The school administration consists of man, budged, materials, and management. In addition, there are still the factors that are considered to be the success index of educational organizations; 7s consisted of 1. organization construction 2. organization strategies 3. working system 4. administration model 5. officers                  6. organization knowledge and 7. concerted value. According to the factors considered  to be the important things in order to move educational organization administration, the director should have 3 characteristics : 1. Jakkuma 2. Wiruto and           3. Nisyasampanno that lead to Buddhist administration through POSDCoRB. It consists of 1. Planning through Yonisomanasikarn 2. constructional determining through Suppuritsathum 7           3. Personal management throught Sangyuttanikaisatakawak and use Akkati 4 in order to consider . Moreover, the director should be polite and create the feeling of unity of organization.           4. Administration through Thammathippathai that is considered to be working through justice. 5. Collaboration through 5 Sor and Kannayalamitathum 7 6. Reporting through Ariyasaj 4 in considering activity organization in educational organization.     7. Budged Administration through Thummaphibarn; the officers should participate in considering budged using of schools and related educational organizations. In administrative system, it should have the participation of every unit. Also,it should have  working inspection by using PDCA in order to develop sustainable educational organization.
