บทคัดย่อ

             วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ “ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันปราบปราม: กรณีศึกษาการตรวจเยี่ยมชุมชนของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสถานีตำรวจภูธรบางพลี” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันปราบปราม: กรณีศึกษาการตรวจเยี่ยมชุมชนของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสถานีตำรวจภูธรบางพลี ใช้การศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ โดยแบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็น 3 ด้านคือ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านการสร้างความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และด้านการเข้าถึงปัญหาของพื้นที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนที่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสถานีตำรวจภูธรบางพลี จำนวน 399 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test และ ค่า F-test

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันปราบปราม: กรณีศึกษาการตรวจเยี่ยมชุมชนของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสถานีตำรวจภูธรบางพลี ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และด้านการสร้างความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการเข้าถึงปัญหาของพื้นที่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับประสิทธิภาพในระดับปานกลาง ในส่วนของผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบเทียบระดับประสิทธิภาพ เมื่อจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ระดับประสิทธิภาพแตกต่างกันตามอายุ และระดับการศึกษา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 แต่ไม่แตกต่างกันตาม เพศ อาชีพ และรายได้รวมต่อเดือน

ABSTRACT

              The purposes of this research were to study and compare the efficiency of police’s officer performance: a case study of community visitation of the police of Bangplee provincial police station. The study was divided into 3 aspects as follows: the public relations, the network participation and the understanding of the problems. The sample group utilized in this study was 395 people who live in the police officers’ jurisdiction. The questionnaires were used as a tool. Data was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

              The findings revealed that the overall mean of efficiency of police’s officer performance: a case study of community visitation by Bangplee provincial police station was high, as well as the aspect of the public relations and the network participation. However, the mean of the aspect of the understanding of the problems was average. The results of the efficiency comparison classified by personal factors showed that the efficiency varied with age and education and at .05 statistical significance. However, gender, occupation and the revenue did not contribute to any statistically significant difference of the efficiency.
