Buddhist Management in Public Administration

Abstract


The management is the process that an administrator who has conceptual, technical and human relation characteristics, and exercising the power to considerthe structure, duty and operation, including different resources such as human resource, money, material and equipment that have existed or expecting to have existed.
The management of the institutes or such organizations must proceed to the destination as needed by depending upon other persons that consist of making plans, managing organizations, personnel works, providing convenience and supervision that are called POSDCORB. The management of the government follows the principle of good governance. But the management in Buddhism uses APARIHANIYADHAMMA (things leading never to decline but only to prosperity; conditions of welfare).
